We are proud to introduce Showtime WF into our stallion collection.

Showtime WF delights viewers with his relaxed flowing way of going and modern type. His powerful gaits:  rhythmic trot, combined with an excellent walk and superior balanced canter offer breeders elasticity combined with thoroughbred beauty. His superb form over fences completes the package.  Showtime WF has been described as sabino and rabicano because of his high stockings, roan hairs and unusual white facial markings.  The influence of Able Spirit WF is unmistakable, not only with young stallions exterior appearance, but she has clearly stamped her son with her powerful trot and appreciation for an audience! His relaxed flowing trot is a pleasure to ride and brings a smile to the faces of those who are observing his motions. With his smooth canter, Showtime appears to skim the surface of the earth, barely making contact before lifting and floating on to his next point of contact.

Through his sire, South American Way xx and dam Able Spirit WF, he can trace back to some of the finest Thoroughbred blood in the world; Hyperion, Blenheim, Eight Thirty, Fair Play, Nasrullah, Relic, War Admiral and Aristophanes are quickly found in this vibrant chestnut’s parentage. With the added influence of his great-grandfather Absatz through Abundance, it is no surprise that this young stallion has outstanding trotting mechanics! His rhythmic canter and superb jumping technique can also easily be attributed to his sire – as well as his affectionate nature and good character.

“Chester” shows his level headedness in his travels and daily training. He is an enthusiastic and talented jumper, approaching new obstacles with gusto. Able Spirit WF’s full brother, Able and Ready, was a successful A/O jumper with a good competitive record in the Low and High Preliminary Division also. Since both parents were proficient in lower level combined training competition, as well as being superb FEI dressage horses, this young stallion has a bright future both in the breeding shed and in sport.

Showtime is a pleasant and straightforward horse to ride. He is obedient and responsive to the rider’s aids and commands. The rhythmic and soft feel of his canter make his riders smile and continue on around the arena with gusto. Ellie Rawle freely admits that he has one of the best canters and most comfortable trots that has been beneath her with a huge, enthusiastic grin. Chester is still aware of being a stallion but respectful of those around him at all times.

Due to competition scheduling, Showtime WF may be unavailable for breeding service from time to time. Please contact us so that any conflicts can be avoided. We will post any dates well in advance (6-8 weeks) so that Mare Owners are aware of his itinerary.

Showtime WF’s 2006 semen collection and shipping will be handled by Select Breeders Services of Colora, MD and will be available via Fresh Cooled Semen.
